SERVPRO® of Tri-County and the Mountains Marketing Manager

Servpro provides 24/7 emergency service and restoration support minimizing business interruption or displacement for commercial, industrial, and residential clients affected by property damage caused by fire, water, storm or other disasters. We service eight counties in northeast Georgia to provide fast, dependable, emergency response to all our customers.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager that will work to develop, execute, and manager successful branding, sales, and handle some public relations for SERVPRO of tri-county.

The Marketing Manager is responsible to develop, maintain and coordinate marketing operations including advertising, client relationships, analyzing marketing data and budgets. When necessary, coordinating with the manager to schedule crews to complete on-site projects.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall quality and coordination of marketing system.
  • Assist the general manager with marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising.
  • Manage the monthly reports of all marketing performance.
  • Negotiate adjustor approval for necessary services.
  • Monitor, follow-up, and modify needs for job performance.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and concerns.
  • Manage and use resources for best results on jobs.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with clients.
  • Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurance representatives.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise and work with department manager to apply solutions.
  • Successfully complete projects to maximize profit and client satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Necessary Experience and Skill Set

  • Previous marketing experience.
  • Ability to analyze data to formulate successful solutions to improve business operations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability.
  • Effective written and oral communication.
  • Clean driving record

Formal Education/Training

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Marketing degree/diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
